Did anyone else catch Donald Hall’s poem in today’s Writer’s Almanac?

He’s got a line that pretty much sums up my philosophy on marriage (if I could be said to have such a thing):

We learned how to love each other
by loving together
good things wholly outside each other.

Exactly.
